This is
Cesar Alsina's
GraphicBiz.
One thing.
One other thing.
Then tons of things.
GraphicBiz (kinda short for graphic business), founded in 1996, has brought thousands of great designs to hundreds of customers. I dreamt to bring my designs to people and companies, and, wow, how many times over I have!
I grew up in Caracas, Venezuela.
Dad Rodolfo gave me tools, honesty and a great heart. Mom Olivia gave me creativity, hope and a great heart. Both gave me strength and three younger sisters. Another three sisters and one brother, born before me from another mother, were there for me too. At age five, one of them, sister Nelly, started to pay me a few coins for every drawing I would have for her every time she come visiting.
I fell in love with my mom's realistic drawings when a was a kid. Later, I collected tons of comic books and read amazing stories in books handed by my dad. For years I filled a giant scrapbook with news from magazines and newspapers about the man on the moon, spaceships, stars, and things like that.
Did good at school, I chose technical drawing for my senior graduation, and then architecture and graphic design in college.
Tried to start up design studios with friends in my early 20's with some success, but the pay of established architecture studios, advertising agencies, and freelancing kept me busy all the way to my 30's. I cherish all those projects I was involved in and the many creative and generous people I worked with.
Entreprenurialism never abandoned me, though. Early on my 30s, I opened a graphic design studio, Alsina Taller de Arte. In just a few years my clientele included everything you can dream of: small firms, restaurants, clubs and advertising agencies, as well as popular radio stations, government branches, magazines, diverse industries and stores, the most reputed hotel of the city, and the City Mayor.
What a rewarding journey! One highlight is the incredible fortune I had in having an excellent in-house team of designers who brought to my studio the needed influx of fresh ideas and brainstorming. Alsina Taller de Arte became the first renowned advertising & creative studio of the city.
By the time Internet came about, I decided to pursue my Mom's dreams of me going back to the USA. I made the jump and furiously embarked in becoming an expert on all online stuff.
Technology, design, marketing and communication through graphic expression in any media is what drive my days as a professional, dedicated passionaly in bringing amazing service and sensible solutions to the needs of my customers.
Today, I'm proud to share life with my three kids and my soulmate. Welcome, visitor.
